Today I am sharing recipe of Pakistani style aloo matar mongray ki sabzi. Simple ingredients are needed to make this most yummy and tasty dish. It is easy to make and delicious in taste.
Let’s learn how to make Pakistani style aloo matar mongray ki sabzi , a step by step complete recipe :
Ingredients:
• Oil ¼ cup
• Radish pods 250 grams
• Potato 250 grams
• Green peas 250 grams
• Onion 1
• Tomato 1
• Green chili 2
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Water ½ cup

Method:
• Put a pan on medium flame.
• Add and heat oil.
• Add onion and fry until translucent.
• Add tomato and cook until tomato turn soft.
• Add ginger garlic paste , mix and cook 1-2 minutes.
• Add a little water , red chili powder , salt , turmeric powder , coriander powder , mix well.
• Add green chili and mix.
• Add vegetables , mix and cook 2-3 minutes.
• Add water , mix well , cover and cook until water dry and vegetables done.
• Aloo matar mongray ki sabzi is ready , dish it out and serve with rooti or paratha.
