The Ingredients are (see links below if you need to see them on Amazon – I am an affiliate and do get paid if you buy them at no cost to you) :
1 Red Pepper
2 Small Sweet Potatoes or 1 Large one – peeled
2 Large Carrots – peeled
2 Stalks of Celery
6 Cloves of Garlic
1 to 2 Onions – I use Vidalia Onions
4 Cobs of Corn – or 1.5 Cups frozen or 1 Canned Corn
2 to 3 Chilis – Spiced to your taste – you can also use Cayenne Pepper
4 Tomatoes – any kind – remove tough cores
Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) – buy in bulk to save money!
Tamari or Soy Sauce (get it here )
Kidney Beans – 2 Cans or 3 Cups (mash half of them)
1 to 2 TBSP Chili Powder & Paprika
1 to 2 tsp. of Salt & Pepper
1 TBSP of Oregano
1 tsp. of Cinnamon & Turmeric
1 TBSP of both Onion & Garlic Powder (or more to taste)
1 TBSP of Organic Cane Sugar (or to taste)
2 TBSP Flaxseed Meal (or get it here )
