Ingredients

• Idli- 6-7pieces
• Garlic – 8-9 cloves chopped
• Ginger – 1 inch chopped
• Onions  –  3 medium size
• Capsicum   – 1 medium size
• Green chilli  – 4 
• Jeera powder – 1teaspn
• Blackpreper podwer- 1teaspn
• Salt  –  to taste
• Soya sauce –  2 teaspn
• Tomato sauce – 5 – 6 tablespn
• Vinger – 1 teaspn
•  Cornflour – 1 teaspn mix with water & make a thin mixture.

Method

1.Cut the idli’s and chop the onion and capsicum.

2.Crush 5-6 cloves of garlic and inch ginger.

3. Heat oil and on high flame deep fry the idli’s till it’s golden brown and crisp.

4. Take a separate kadai add oil and saute the crushed ginger garlic and onions.

5. Add jeera powder, black pepper powder salt to taste.

6. Now add sliced green chillies and green capsicum and saute it .

7.Add soya sauce & tomato sauce and vinegar and mix it well and cook for few for minutes.

8. The gravey is ready, now add the fried idli’s mix it well ..And Enjoy!!

* TIP:While frying the idli’s make sure the oil is very hot and the gas is on high flame otherwise
the ildi’s will absorb excess oil and will become sogy.
