Ingredients,
For marination :
Boneless chicken – 500 gm
Arrowroot powder – 5-6 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ajinomoto (msg) – 1 tsp (optional)
Set aside for 30 mins, then deep fry the chickens.
For chilli chicken :
Onions medium size – 8-9nos.
Tomato medium size – 2-3 nos.
Green chillies – 8-9 nos.
Garlic cloves chopped – 8-9 nos.
Oil – 1 cup (4-5 tbsp)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Edible food colour – 1 tsp
Soyasauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
