Here is my homemade chilli garlic noodles recipe that anyone can try!
Follow this simple recipe and enjoy yummy chilli garlic noodles in no time.
Step 1 ingredients
Noodles – 500 gms
Oil – 2 to 3 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Step 2 ingredients
Oil – 6 to 7 tablespoons (75ml)
Whole bunch of Garlic (11 to 12 cloves)
Onion – 1 medium sized
Carrot – 2
Bell Pepper (yellow) – 1
Capsicum – 1
Half Cabbage
Baby Spinach – 250
Spring Onion 3 to 4 stems
Green beans – 12 to 14
Light Soy Sauce / Regular Soy Sauce – 3 to 4 teaspoons
Ajinomoto – 2 teaspoons
Vinegar – 2 to 3 teaspoons
Schezwan Sauce / Chilli garlic – 2 teaspoons
Salt – as per taste
White pepper / Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Ketchup – 3 to 4 teaspoons
Optional :-
2 eggs with a pinch of salt
