Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken.
1 cup chopped Onion.
1 tsp minced Ginger-Garlic.
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Salt.
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 cup Yogurt.
Recipe:
In a pan add oil. Add onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until it’s soft. Add chicken. Cook until it’s changes color. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes. Cook for a minute. Add cumin seed powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
Mix it well and add red chili powder. Mix well. Add yogurt. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add 2 green chili peppers. Add fresh cilantro. Enjoy.
