white vinegar 1tsp
pepper powder 2 pinches
salt 2 pinches

cornflour 1 tbsp
water 2 tbsp

oil 1.5 tbsp
garlic chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
ginger chopped 1 tsp
green chillies 2
dried red chilli 3 to 4
onion petals 1 big onion
green pepper/capsicum 1 cup diced
salt 1 pinch
spring onion greens 3 tbsp
