Paneer Chili | Restaurant Style Paneer Chilli at Home | पनीर चिली रेस्तरां स्टाइल

Restaurant-style dry paneer chilli is a very popular Indo Chinese recipe that can be prepared easily at home in just 15 minutes. Serve the paneer chili when it is hot (garma garam). You will never forget the delicacy and taste of this amazing paneer chilli cooked at home. Add this recipe for a change in taste from regular food. Iska jayka muh mein dalte hi ghul jata hai.

Pro tips- The batter should be consistent (Avoid too thick or too thin). Add the appropriate quantity of sauce otherwise, it will ruin your dish and excitement.

Ingredients of paneer chili:

For Batter
Maida – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper- 1 pinch
Red chilli – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Water as required
Paneer – 200 gm

For Chili
Oil
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Water as required
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 4
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped carrot – 2
Sliced capsicum – 1
Salt – to taste
Pepper – 1 pinch
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves -2 tsp ( finely chopped)

Directions:
Prepare a batter using maida, cornflour, water and other ingredients. Drop the paneer cubes into the batter and mix it well. Deep fry the paneer on medium heat until it becomes crisp and golden. Prepare chilli using the ingredients mentioned in the recipe video. Your restaurant style chilli paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy!
