I said 15 carbs per 1/4 cup of tomato sauce! Lol! That should have been calories, not carbs!
There are 3 carbs per 1/4 cup.
This ended up being fairly low in carbs, and fat, compared to regular chili.
I have lost 13 pounds in a month.
Why did I call this a recipe from God?
Because I was trying to figure out what to eat, because my husband is on a high carb/high fat diet right now, and everything in our house is geared toward his diet.
So I prayed, and the Lord showed me things I already had, in the house, to make this meal. It is very simple, but it turned out very tasty! I am thankful!
This is a 12″ pan so it has more than it looks like. I would say at least 4 to 4 1/2 cups.
