This is not the first time I have eaten a bug, a beetle, an insect… but I think it IS the first time to eat one that is (potentially) lethal. Doing a bit of research, I see that this insect is actually quite popular to search for on YouTube! I have not been stung by this hornet before, but I have friends here who have, it is a nasty one… and how crazy is it that there were a couple of live hornets coming to check on their brothers/sisters WHILE we were eating :). Stay calm, it all went well (for us, not for the hornets of course), and our triple order of chili paste went down in a most delicious way. Yahoo!!
