There is nothing like a good chili during the fall and winter season. I wanted to share one of my favorite chili recipes that combines beef, venison (if you happen to have it!), mushrooms, apples, onions, sauce, a blend of fresh peppers and spices.
Ingredients:
Beef
Venison
Mushrooms
Apples
Onion
Great Lakes Brewing Octoberfest – You can also use Stout beers, adds a nice bite!
Fresh hot peppers
Spices
Follow along to this recipe, but note that you can add whatever you like – it’s chili! This chili is best when cooked long and you can reheat it for days. Enjoy!
