Gajar Methi ki Sabzi

Ingredients:
Sliced carrots ½ kg
Chopped fenugreek leaves 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Sliced onions 2 medium
Tomatoes 3
Ginger + green chilies (paste) 1 inch piece+3-4
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice of 1lemon

Method:
Heat oil then add cumin seeds and let it splutter now add onion, garlic and let it get golden. Then add carrots, tomatoes, paste of ginger and green chilies, salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder and cook till carrots get soft. When gravy gets done then adds fenugreek leaves and cooks on high flame. Add lemon juice and serve.

Grilled Pomfret :

1st marination of Fish:
Whole pomfret fish 500gm
Lemon Juice 1-½ tbsp
Salt a pinch
Turmeric Powder a pinch

2nd marination of Fish:

Yogurt 3 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green chili paste 2 tsp
Coriander leave paste 2-3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
First give first marination to fish then after 15 minutes give 2nd marination. Now grill fish and serve.
