Some dayz bed=fore I have prepared Veg Sizzler recipe…So there I have used three recipes together…out of those two recipes videos are already there.So thought to upload Chili Paneer Recipe this time…so lets get started

Ingredients
200 gm paneer cut into cubes 1 tbsp chopped garlic 3 green chili slitted 2 mideum onion cut into halves and shell is removed one by one(dont use the center part) 1 cup green n red capsicum cut into triangles 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp galric paste 2 tbsp sweet soya sauce 1 tsp sour soya sauce 3 tbsp toamto sauce 2 tbsp chili sauce 1 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 cup all purpose flour or maida 3 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp rice flour 2 tbsp oil OIL for shallow fry the paneer Salt to taste
Procedure
Marinate the paneer with ginger-garlic paste,a pinch of black pepper,1 tbsp maida,salt.
Carefully coat the mixture on paneer cubes and marinate for 10 min.
Heat oil for shallowfry,meanwhile make the batter for paneer.
Add rest of all flour,kashmiri red chili powder,salt with little water and make a semithick consistency.
Dip the marinated paneer one by one or you can put all paneer cubes and mix it..eitherway you can follow.
Place paneer cubes one by one on hot tava and shallow fry these from all sides till it is crispy.
Meanwhile make the Indochinese mixture,heat oil in another pan.
Add chopped garlic,green chili,sauté for few seconds.
Next goes the onion shells with a pinch of slat…sauté in high flame.
Wjhen onion is half ocoked add coloured capsicum to his and sauté for 1 min.
Now add all sauces,black pepper powder,salt and mix it well.
Add the paneer cubes to this and carefully mix it.
cook for some time…its done
Today I prepared Burnt Garlic Fried Rice…Chili Paneer well goes with this.
So what you need more…just enjoy
Notes
You can use china salt or ajinomoto also to enhance the flavour.
Saute the veggie in high flame so that it is half cooked and retains its crunchyness.
For healthy version I shallow fry…as paneer need little cooking.
But if you like you can deep fry also.
You can use different colour capsicum,spring onion etc.
Here onion is cut into half and shell is removed one by one so that it is easier to cook and cooked faster…use the center part for other recipe.
I have used Kashmiri red chili powder to give a colour to paneer and it is less spicy.
If you want you can use red chili colour or food colour.
Marinate the paneer for some time and I have used some dry flour on the paneer so that when it dip with batter ,the masala batter is well coated on paneer.
I have used little rice flour also for the paneer batter to make it little crispy.
