Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken
Onion Diced
Bell Pepper Diced
Green Spring Onion
Chopped Garlic
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Maida
Cornstarch flour
Dark Soya Sauce
Red Chili Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Vinegar
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Oil

Procedure:
Take boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces. Marinate it with ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder, all purpose flour, cornstarch and salt. Keep it aside for a minimum of 30min. Then deep fry the marinated chicken until it gets a golden brown color. Take a pan and add oil in it. Saute onion and bell pepper. Add chopped garlic and saute it. Add red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and soya sauce. stir it few minutes. Add our fried chicken into the pan. Mix it well. Garnish it with green spring onion and enjoy it!!
