Peanut Thecha Recipe | Thecha Recipe | Green chilli, garlic and Peanut Chutney

A spicy snack from Maharashtrian Cuisine – Singdana Thecha – very simple, easy and yes it’s yum. Must try.

Ingredients:
150 gm peanuts
15 -17 green chillies
10-12 garlic cloves
Salt to taste

Method:
In a mixer grinder, add peanuts with skin and coarsely grind it
Keep the crushed peanut powder aside
Then grind the green chillies and garlic.
In a pan, heat up some oil
Add grinded chillies and garlic
SautƩ till the water dries out.
Then add salt and mix it properly.
Cook on medium heat.
Now add peanut powder roast till get light golden colour.
Peanut thecha is ready .
