Ingredients
1. Bread 4 slices
2. Butter 2 tbsp
3. Finely chopped green chilies 2
4. Finely chopped garlic 1 clove
5. Shredded cheese 1 cup
6. Chili flakes 1 tsp
Procedure
• In a bowl add 2 tbsp of butter
• Add 2 finely chopped chilies
• Add 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
• Mix well
• Spread the butter mixture on bread slices
• Add Shredded cheese
• Add Chili flakes
• Bake 2 slices of bread in a preheated oven on 395°F for 5 min
• Alternatively place bread slice on frying pan. Cover and cook on low heat, until cheese are softened.
