On this cold and rainy afternoon, I decided to make some good ol chili. Let me know what video style you enjoy most, chit-chat or voiceover. What’s your favorite chili recipe?
*Some footage was accidentally deleted for both chili recipes which is why clips for the cooking process in the first is missing and the plating of the second chili is missing. Sorry!
Classic Chili Recipe
Ground Beef and Sausage
1 Large Onion
Minced Garlic (As much as you want)
2 Cans of Black Beans
1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup or so of chicken stock
A splash of red wine (Optional)
Salt, Pepper, Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder to taste (other preferred seasonings)
Saute the onion until translucent then add ground beef, sausage, and minced garlic. Drain the fat from the meat and return to pan. Add seasoning to taste, wine, chicken stock, tomato sauce, and crushed tomatoes. Mix and bring to a boil. Let it boil for around 8 minutes and reduce heat to medium low. Add (rinsed) beans and let it simmer for at least 1 hour. Check for flavor. Plate with sour cream, cheese, and crackers!

Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili Original Recipe Here:
I use this recipe except I like to season my chicken as I would normally. I also like to add double the amount of beans and corn (rinsed and drained) since I usually make a large amount. I lost the end footage but I’m telling you now, add sour cream and cheese. Oh yeah!
