BEEF UNDER CUT STRIPS
sesame oil 2 TBS
soya sauce 2 TBS
worcestershire sauce 1 TBS
black pepper 1tbs
salt according to taste
teriyaki sauce 1 TBS
oil
green chillies 6 Julian cut
ginger Julian cut
garlic.
Chinese chili sauce
METHOD
MARINATE the beef strips in sesame oil , black pepper , worcestershire sauce , salt soya sauce
keep it for one hour
fry them.
in separate wok add oil
add garlic chopped , green chilli , ginger , fried beef , teriyaki sauce, soya sauce , Chinese chili sauce black pepper. skip salt since these sauces are already salty.
at the end add spring onions on top
