Today I making thanksgiving special Indian style turkey meatballs. Also known as turkey kofta curry. I am going to share with you how I make it. Ingredients:

For turkey meatballs:

1. Ground turkey – 1/2 pound
2. Finally chopped onion – 1/4 cup
3. Chopped green chili – 1
4. Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
5. Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
6. Pinch of Turmeric powder
7. Pinch of chili flex
8. Salt according to taste
9. Lemon pepper – 1/2 tsp
10.Oregano – 1/2 tsp
11.Parsley – 1/2 tsp
12.Celery – 1/2 tsp
13.Coriander leaves – Cilantro – 1/4 cup
14.Some olive oil (for frying the meatballs)
For gravy:

15.Poppy seeds and cashew nuts paste
a)Poppy seeds – 1/4 cup
b)Broken cashew nuts – 7/8 pcs ( soak them in luck warm water for 10 minutes then make a smooth paste )
Yogurt mix masala:

16.Yogurt (Dahi) – 1/3 cup
17.Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
18.Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
19.Cumin powder – 1 tsp
20.Coriander powder – 1 tsp
21.Brown sugar – 1/2 tsp
22.Pinch of cinnamon powder
23.Salt according to taste
24.Some water
25.Olive oil – 2 tbsp
26.Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
27.Cloves – 4 pcs
28.Green cardamom – 1 pc
29.Cinnamon stick – 1/2 inch
30.Finely chopped onion – 1 small size
31.Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
32.Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
33.Yogurt mix masala
34.Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
35.Poppy seeds and cashew nuts paste
36.Pinch of garam masala powder
37.Chopped coriander leaves ( cilantro ) – 1/2 tbsp
For garnishing:

38.Little bit chopped coriander leaves and pinch of cinnamon powder
