Ingredients:

For making masala paste:
1. Oil – 2 tsp
2. Small size Onion – 1
3. Slitted green chiliโs – 2
4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
6. Small size Tomato – 1
7. Broken cashew nuts – 5/6 pieces
8. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
9. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
10.Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
11.Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
12.Salt to taste
For gravy:

13.Oil – 1 tbsp
14.Some whole garam masala – 1 bay leaves, 4 pieces cloves, 2 pieces green cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon stick and 1 tsp cumin seeds
15.Milk – 1/2 cup
16.Water – 1/2 cup
17.Fresh cream – 1/3 cup
18.Pinch of sugar
19.Pinch of garam masala powder
20.Paneer cubes – 10 pieces
