Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend
2 Tbs Smoked Paprika
2 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs fresh ground Pepper
1 Tbs Coriander
1Tbs Dill
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Onion Powder
Combine all ingredients, mix well and store in an airtight container. Use as a rub for steak, burgers and fish. It is especially good on Salmon and I love using it in my chili recipe!

Mediterranean Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichokes, and Capers:

Great West Chili
by Faith and Flour
1 lb ground Meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
1 large Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Tbs Montreal Steak Seasoning (see above)
1 Tbs Chili Powder
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Hard Apple Cider – all alcohol will be cooked out (beer or broth can be substituted)
1/2 cup Steak Sauce
1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15.5 oz) Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15.5 oz) Corn, drained (optional – I did not include it in the video)
1 can (28 oz) Tomatoes, crushed or diced
Brown the meat. Add the onion, garlic, seasoning, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the onions are translucent. Transfer to a crockpot and add the remaining ingredients. Cook on Low for 6 hours or on High for 4 hours.
Or add the remaining ingredients to the same pot, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.

Baked Salmon
Drizzle Salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and desired spices. Lay skin side down on a baking sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Serve over a bed of fresh baby spinach and your choice of vegetables or citrus fruit. Top with your choice of salad dressing and toppings.
