ingridents for chillifish
boneless fish cubes 350gms
sauce mix:
2tbps redchilli sauce
2tsp soy sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp white vinigar
fish are marinated with
1/2tbps kashmeri red chilli
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp lemon
batter mix added to marinated fish cubes
2tbsp all purpose flour
2tsp cofnflour
blackpepper 1/4tsp
eggwhite -one small egg
preparation :
boneless fish are cut into cubes
, pat dry.
then marinated with mentioned items
set aside for 10mins
batter add to marinated fish
as mention.
4-8tbsp hot oil taken on pan
fish cubes are deep fried for 3mins (180c)
then fried for 3mins medium heat (130c)
fish fry done in two batches
2tbsp oil taken on pan
chopped garlic 2tbsp
sliced green chilli 2pcs
bell pepper 1cup
onion petals medium size
add on oil stir fry fo 15 second s for each add
then fried fishcubexs added
after 15sec fry sauce mix added. for maki ng fish juicey u can add 1tbsp cornflour slurry. #pk’s recipes
