Recipe:
Lean Beef
ā¢ 1 lb eye of round
Marinade
ā¢ 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
ā¢ 1 teaspoon salt
ā¢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
ā¢ 1 teaspoon black pepper
ā¢ Ā½ teaspoon chipotle chili pepper
ā¢ 2 teaspoon liquid smoke ( mesquite)
ā¢ Ā¼ cup water
Optional
ā¢ Ā¼ teaspoon Curing Salt (Prague Powder #1)
Topping:
ā¢ 1 tablespoon chipotle chili pepper
