Chili pork&shrimp wontons

* 1 lb ground pork
* 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined chopped into almost pasty
* 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp chicken bouillon or MSG
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp minced ginger
* 3 cloves minced garlic
* 1/2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice
* 2 packet wonton skins( or egg roll wrappers cut into quarters)Filling makes about 50-70 wontons
Sauce:
2 tbsp Chili Crisps
1 tbsp chili oil
1 glove minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice or black vinegar
1 tsp sugar
