Ingredients:
Spicy Ligo Sardines 425g
Cooking Oil
1 gloves garlic-minced
1pc Red onion Chopped
2pcs fresh tomatoes sliced
3pcs chili pepper chopped
1pc Sayote Sliced
3pcs Calamansi
10g Canton Noodles
Salt and Pepper
1pc Green pepper
2 bundles Chili leaves
2tbsp Knoor seasoning
1/2 slice Red Bell Pepper
Onion leeks
Instructions:
1.Heat the pan on medium heat then add oil
2.Add the garlic, red chili, red onion and tomatoes cook about 2 minutes
3.Put the canned sardines after 1min set aside the chunk sardines
4.Add the Sayote and cook stirring frequently 3 or 4 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
5.Add the Egg Noodles, put the calamansi juice and cook for 1 minute
6.Add the chunks of sardines
7.Then add the remaining ingriedents. Red bell pepper, green pepper and onion leeks
5.Stir about 1minute
Serve with Steamed Rice!!!
