Fish Curry is made with fresh fish, onions, tomatoes, curd, spices, and herbs. Make the easiest delicious and flavorsome fish curry with my step-by-step recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
(i) For Marination
1. Katla Fish
2. Lemon juice – 1
3. salt – 1 tsp
4. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
5. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
(ii) For Curry
1. Onion – 3
2. Tomato – 3
(Make a paste of onion & tomato)
3. Curd – 3 tbsp
4. Cashew Paste – 10 to 12
(iii) for Frying use Oil 1 cup
(iv) For Masala
1. Bay leaf – 1
2. Cinnamon – 2
3. Dry Chilli – 1
4. Cardamom – 3
5. Clove – 3
6. Black pepper cone – 3 to 4
7. Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
(Saute for a few secs at low flame)
8. Prepared Tomato-Onion Paste
9. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
10. Salt – 1/2 tsp
( Saute for 10 mins)
(v) For Dry Masala
1. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2tsp
2. Corriander Powder – 1 tsp
3. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
4. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
(Mix Nicely & Pour some water; Saute for 2 more mins)
6. Beated curd
7. Cashew paste
8. Garam masala
Ready to serve
