The creamy gravy of yogurt and cashews makes this paneer rezala a rich gravy with mild spice levels. This is a vegetarian variant of the delicious Rezala recipes that come from the Mughlai cuisine. While the dominant ingredient after paneer is the yoghurt added in the dish but what also stands out is the combination of flavours involved in it. Ingredients –
200 grams paneer
4 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
12 tablespoon cashews
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 dry red chili
2 green cardamom
4 spice clove
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 teaspoon rose water
salt as required
