Red chili powder – Half Tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 Tsp
All Purpose Flour – 8 Tbsp

Ingredients for the Sauce
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Onion – half finely chopped
Garlic – 7
Bell Pepper Red & Green – 1
Onion bulbs – Half
Chili – 1 Small
Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsps
Ketchup – 4 Tbsps
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper – half tsp
Spring Onion greens – As much as needed
