1 (16oz) block of Extra firm tofu, pressed for 20 mins and then cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tsp Red chili powder or Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Gram flour / Besan / Chickpea flour
Water
3 to 4 Green chili
Red food color (optional)
Garnish:
Lemon wedges and curry leaves
