Toor dal ( Pigeon peas ) – 3/4 cup ( 150 gms )
Palak ( Spinach ) – 1 bunch ( 300 gms )
Green beans – 100 gms
Green peas – 50 gms
Tomato – 1 medium size
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
Dry red chili – 1
Green chili – 1
Panch foron – 1/2 tsp
Hing ( Asafoetida ) – 1/4 tsp
Bay leave – 1
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ghee ( Clarified butter ) – 1/2 tsp
