Seafood Noodles Soup or another version of Jjamppong consists of fresh noodles, various vegetables and various seafoods and it is served in a red hot soup base. Generally the soup can be quite spicy but it can be toned down if you’re cooking it at home.
But i cook slightly spicy so i can eat.
Ingredients:
2 pieces of crabs, cut into half
8 pieces of shrimp, remove the shell and the grit
12 pieces of clams
ramen noodles, or (any kind of noodles)
1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
2 tablespoon of fish sauce
ramen seasoning
celery
spring green onions
2 boiled egg
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of cooking oil then add butter
hot water
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Note: Who want more spicy you can add more extra spices.
