Black Pepper Chili Chicken

Please accept my apologies for not being active for few months due to busy with some important work.I will try my best to upload as much as i can. That’s my 2020 vision 🙂

Black Pepper Chili Chicken
Ingredients
Oil
2 Cardomon
3 Cloves
1 Tspn – Fennel Seeds
1 Big Onion
1 Tbsp Ginger paste
1 Tbsp Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Ghili paste
1 Big Tomato
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup soy sauce
Salt
Water
Corriander leaves

Process
Heat the oil in a pan & add cardomon,cloves and fennel seeds. Once it splutters, add the chopped onions.
– Saute on high to medium. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute well for around 2 mins until raw smell is gone.
– Add chili paste & Saute well
– Add tomato & saute well
– Add little water to make the paste mixed well
– Add Chicken
– Saute well
– Add black pepper & mix well
– Cover it for 5 minutes
– Add soy sauce and salt to taste
– Mix well
– Add water
– Mix, cover & cook on low heat for 5 mins until chicken is tender.
– Open the cover & check the gravy’s consistency
– Cover back to get dry thick gravy for 1 minute
– Add Coriander leaves
– Delicious Black Pepper Chili Chicken is ready to serve
– Serve hot with rice.
