This easy Bibingkang Malagkit is one of Filipino’s famous delicacies. It’s our version of sweet sticky rice with a topping of coconut milk and brown sugar reduced into a syrup. Filipinos like to serve this during holidays. My version has a perfect amount of sweetness, irresistible, easy to make, and budget-friendly! I hope you’ll give this a try. Thank you for watching. – Rea.
