Spicy Clam and Crab in Coconut Mith with Pechay
Ingredients:
3 pieces of crabs. cut into half
1/4 of clams
400g knoor coconut powder (mix in water onlu)
6 cloves of garlic. chopped
thumb size of ginger, sliced
2 medium size of onion, sliced
2 pieces of thai chili, sliced
1 piece of long green chili, sliced
1 tablespoom of butter
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
salt (if needed)
3 pieces of thai chili
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 bunch of pechay (cut and separate the stalk and the leaves)
1 cup of hot water (optional)
Note: if you want more spicy you can add more spicies..
