NEW CRAYFISH SHITO RECIPE | GHANA BLACK CHILLI SAUCE/OIL

Hello everyone, Today I am sharing my new Ghanaian crayfish shito recipe, made with shito, if you have never tasted it or try it this is the time! It’s Ghana’s favourite chilli sauce, we basically eat it with everything!
Ingredients:
10 onions
12 garlic cloves
370 gr fresh ginger
260gr ground crayfish
1 tomato puree 200gr
4-5 scotch bonnets
2 crayfish cubes
1 tbsp maggi powder
1 tsp salt
20 gr dried peppers
2 tbsp chilli powder
2 litres vegetable oil
