Chili Con Carne is very popular in California, and
very easy to make. Chili is a good topping for omelettes
hot dogs, french fries, and on and on. Chili can be
topped with salsa, cheese, sour cream.
Did I forget to mention the chopped celery?
The only flavor adjustment I made at the end
was added salt and a little cayenne pepper.
