Preparation
Take 100 gms of Hausa Potato in 200 ml of water with a spoon of mixture of spices and salt to taste and cook in the pressure cooker for 35 minutes . Cover it with another bread slice. Break in an egg into a bowl with salt to taste and mix well. Heat a pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. spread the oil evenly in the pan and let it become hot. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture and put it in the pan and fry for 45 seconds on each side before turning to the other side. Do this for a total of three minutes or till the sandwich turns golden brown. Take off the pan and serve
