Instant Pot White Bean Soy Curl Chili Recipe [plant-based, vegan, gluten-free]

I’m always looking for new ways to use Soy Curls because it’s so easy to keep them in the RV. This Instant Pot White Bean Soy Curl Chili sounded just right. You’ll find the full recipe as I made it in this blog post: and a link to the recipe that inspired it.

I used an Instant Pot brand electric pressure cooker but any electric pressure cooker should work. The instructions might be slightly different though.
