Ingredients
Shaljum 1/2 kg
Beef 250 grams
Salt as required
Red chili 1 1/2 TSP
Green chili 03
Onion 01 sliced
2 tbsp green coriander
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic 10
Yogurt 1/2 cup
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Directions
First of all, add oil in a cooker and add onion slices, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste and all masalas in it and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Cut shuljum in small cubes and boil it in water to make a paste and then add in a meat gravy and add yogurt.
