How I make my chaffles:

Chaffles
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
3 Tbsp Egg Whites (equivalent to 1 egg)
1/4 – 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

Mix all dry ingredients first, then add egg. Makes two chaffles. Add monk fruit sweetener and maple extract for sweet pancake Chaffle.
