1 tsp black pepper powder
1.5 tbsp minced garlic and ginger
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
For sauce
2 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp minced garlic and ginger
5-6 minced green chilli
1 tbsp spring onion white, chopped
4 med onions, cubed
1 med capsicum, cubed
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp corn flour, dilute it in 2 tsp water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped
