EASY RICE PAPER ROLLS | CH SECRET RECIPES

My version of Rice Paper Rolls are unbelievably easy to make, it fresh, delicious and healthy! I like to serve these rice paper rolls recipe with my homemade spicy sauce for dipping. It’s just a combination of fresh cabbage, spring onions, glass noodles and two units of eggs.

INGREDIENTS
1 Whole medium Cabbage
2 tbsp Salt
50 g Glass Noodles
20 g Spring Onions
2 large Eggs
Oil
2 tsp minced Garlic
1-2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Water
Rice Paper

Chili Sauce Dip
1 tbsp chili sauce
1-2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar

PROCEDURE
Wash and chop the cabbage into thin strips. Put into a large bowl, add 2 table spoon of salt mix together. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Soak the glass noodles in cold water until soft and drain. Wash and chop the spring onions, and whisk two eggs.
Squeeze the cabbage, cut the glass noodles into 3 inches long.

In a non stick pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Saute the minced garlic until fragrant but not brown, Add the chopped spring onions. Stir fry for 2mins.Add the egg fry until 80% cooked.

Add the cabbage, glass noodles, stir fry for 5 minutes, season with oyster sauce and brown sugar mix them together. And set aside let it cool.

Dip the rice paper into a cold water and lay flat, add the filling and slowly fold the side and roll it. Arrange them into a serving dish. Serve with chili sauce enjoy.
