Welcome to bong girl sukanya. Today I will share with you a fun meal. Today’s meal is not an Indian meal. It’s a Bhutanese cook. Which you will love very much. We visited to Bhutan on the 16th of December on last year 2019. It was there that I learned this delicious food. The name of the meal is Kewa Datsi. It is a very popular food and also very tasty. So now let’s see what it takes to cook.

Ingredients
Potato – 4 to 5 medium size boil slices.
Any kind of cheese – as per quantity
Capsicum – 2 pcs
Garlic – 4 to 5 pcs
Green chili – 2 pcs
Red chili – 3 pcs
Sunflower oil – 2 tbs
Salt – 1 tsp

Let’s start cooking. First I grabbed the gas oven and set the non-stick pan on. When the pan is hot, I put 2 tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil is a little hot, I put capsicum, chopped chili in it and give it 1 & 1/2 teaspoon garlic. This time you need to stir well with 1 teaspoon salt. Then when roasting all the vegetables, a nice smell will come out. Now when the vegetables are fried or boil them and give them slices boiled potatoes. Then any kind of cheese put into it. Then add 2 glasses of water with a lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes reduce the flame and add one cubes of butter to it. Once the butter has melted, it is served in a bowl. My dish Kewa Datshi is ready to eat .
