— Ingredients —
Chili Oil Mix
1 beef ramen flavor pack
1 tablespoon of gochujang
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 inch of grated ginger
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of soy sauce (black vinegar if you have it)
3 tablespoons of canola oil, heated to 275-300F
Steak of your choosing and size (this was 3/4 pound of sirloin flap), cut into chunks, salt and peppered
1 ramen noodle packet
Zest of 1 small lime
Place all chili oil ingredients in a non-plastic bowl, except for the oil.
Prep your steak by cutting it into chunks, and season with salt and pepper. Grill on high until seared, about 2 minutes (1 minute per side) depending on the size of your cuts. Set aside in the chili oil ingredients mix.
Cook your ramen noodles, and rinse in cold water to avoid sticking. Heat your canola oil on high heat until it approaches 275-300F. Remove from the heat and carefully pour into the chili oil ingredients bowl. Gently mix until the beef is coated. Add in the noodles, and continue coating.
Zest one lime over the dish, and enjoy!
