Brothers Campin’?! Looks more like Brothers Cookin’!!!
With all there is out there set to divide, we just thought it was high time for a bit more united we stand. If we focus on a few small things we all have in common and can agree on, maybe the big, divisive things won’t seem quite so BIG and/or DIVISIVE. What can we agree on? Breathing fresh air is good. So is eating good food. With all that in mind, we got a ball rolling by sharing our “Campin’ Chili” recipe. Hey, it was that or our recipe for “Disaster Ham Sandwiches.” We think we made the right choice. Time will tell…

Chili Powder
Dice onion. Combine ground beef, venison, diced onion and mushrooms in skillet. Thoroughly cook ground meats on medium low heat. Cut stew meat. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and simmer on low at least six hours. Enjoy with sour cream, shredded cheese, and yellow corn tortilla chips.
Feel free to experiment with this recipe if you attempt to recreate it. Try Hot Chili Beans or add a diced green pepper for extra gassiness.
