Low Fat Plant-Based Chili #Recipe | Instant Pot #Shorts

This is a new Low Fat Vegan Chili recipe I have been working on which includes Lightlife Brand Smart Grounds. For this recipe I am preparing the Chili in my Instant Pot. This recipe is not only low in fat, but it is high in healthy carbohydrates and plant-based protein. Each bowl of this Chili Tasty, Satisfying, and packed with potassium.

Substitute 2 Tbsp Veggie Broth instead of oil for Sautéing

Ingredients:
6 oz Lightlife Brand Smart Grounds
1 15 oz Can Black beans
1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
1/2 Large Onion (Diced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

1Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Sauté Onions, Garlic, Smart Grounds, and Corn for 5-6 Minutes

Add in all other ingredients.
Stir Well
Cook in the Instant Pot Manually on High for 8 Minutes
Let pressure release naturally
Serve and enjoy.
