cansLynn’s Famous Chili aka 15 can Chili aka Halloween Chili is super delicious and easy to make. If you can open a can, you can make this chili, if you can fry up some ground beef, you can make this chili, and if you can chop up some onions, celery and garlic then you can make this CHILI!
I made this chili every year at Halloween when the weather started to get colder here in Wisconsin and the kids would be cold and hungry when they came home from trick or treating.

2-4 lbs ground beef (or a combination of ground beef, turkey, pork and sausage)
onion, chopped
celery, chopped
garlic, minced
roasted poblano pepper
sweet mini peppers, chopped
tomato juice
tomato soup
chopped tomatoes
diced tomatoes and green chilies
kidney beans
chili beans
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes
package of chili mix
