Chicken Chili Garlic Curry

Ingredients:
Chicken 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Curry powder 1tbsp
Tandoori masala 1tbsp
White cumin 3/4tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Blend tomatoes 3/4cup
Clarified butter 3/4cup
Salt as required
Green coriander 1/2bunch
Green chilies 6-7
Garlic 4tbsp

Method:
In chicken add ginger garlic paste, salt and clarified butter, cook till chicken tender. In a pan add clarified butter add garlic and green chilies fry for a minute. Now add ginger garlic paste, Red chili powder, Tandori masala and Curry powder, cook well. Lastly add cooked chicken and green coriander give dum for few minutes. Sprinkle green chilies and garlic. Serve hot.

Apple Khoya Kheer

Ingredients:
Apples 2
Milk 1 liter
Cream 4 tbsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Whole dried milk ½ cup
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Rice boiled ½ cup
Almonds, pistachios for garnishing

Method:
In the milk add boiled rice and cardamom powder, cook well. Now grate the apples. Heat clarified butter and fry the apples. Add milk and sugar. Once the mixture is thick, add cream and whole dried milk, mix and cook until the kheer becomes thick. Lastly dish out and garnish with almonds and pistachios.

Kabuli Chana Kofta Biryani

Ingredients of Kofta:
Chicken mince 400 gm
Onion Paste 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Whole All Spice as required
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Almond Paste 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies as required
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Raisins 4 tbsp
Fried Onion ½ cup
Rice (boiled) 500 gm
Chickpeas (boiled) 2 cups
Mint Leaves as required

Ingredients For Gravy:
Onions (chopped) 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (boiled) 1 cup
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Saffron Color 2 pinches
Milk 2 tbsp
Clarified butter ¾ cup

Method:
Mix all the ingredients for koftas and grind it well. Then make koftas and fry it well in a hot oil. Now in the rice add salt and whole all spice, boil it well. Then heat clarified butter in a pan and fry onion. Also add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder and tomatoes. Now add fried koftas and chickpeas. Mix well. Then add mint and raisins, mix well. Now in a pot add ½ cup of water and half quantity of rice. Then add yogurt, all spice powder, kofta and chickpea curry. Now add the remaining rice. Then dissolve saffron in a milk and fried onion. Cover and cook well. Lastly serve hot.
