Homemade Chili Night, meatless, and makes great for leftovers too! Total pot: 65g of protein, 30g of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 Green & Red Pepper + Red Onion
1 jar @jovial Diced Tomatoes
2 jars @jovial Kidney Beans
1 jar @jovial Chickpeas
1 tsp @simplyorganics Cumin
3 tsp of @frontiercoop Chili Powder
2 tsp of Garlic N Herb – derived from sesame seeds, which sesame seeds are a great form of natural calcium and vitamin D
2 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp of @himalsalt pink salt
1 pack of @bonafide Beef Bone Broth – 30g of added protein
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and allow to simmer for 60 minutes. (30 minutes covered and 30 min uncovered). Enjoy!
