Homemade Chili | Pour Choices Kitchen

“Yo Mama” jokes hit different in your 30s when you gotta wonder first how the other person mama doin. Todays recipe is a delicious chili cooked on the grill, but it’s just as good in the oven. Grocery List:
1lb Ground beef (ground brisket used here)
1lb smoked beef sausage
1lb hot breakfast sausage
1-2 14oz cans of beans depending on how much you like them.
4 cups beef broth
1/2 cup amber beer
1 Pablano or Anaheim pepper
1 Large yellow onion
1 Red bell pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
24oz diced tomatoes
3-4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
